Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen just this morning near the Rockwall, Heath, Forney, Crandall, and Oak Grove areas. This heavy rain is in addition to rainfall from previous days, so any additional heavy rain moving across this area will worsen any ongoing flash flooding.
